At Zoomies, we offer a 90-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.

To start a return, please contact us  with your order number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Final sale items
